You will need

  • -400 Grams of noodles

Rinse and chop the meat into small pieces. Also clean and wash the vegetables, chop the onion half rings, carrots and pepper - julienne, tomatoes - slices, radishes and potatoes - slices. Cabbage cut into sticks, finely chop the garlic.
In a deep frying pan red-hot oil, fry the onions until golden brown, add the tomatoes and garlic, and cook for 7 minutes. Then add the meat to the pan, and cook for another 7 minutes.
Put the meat with vegetables carrots, bell peppers, potatoes, radishes, cabbage, and continue to roast for another 20-30 minutes. Topping up a little boiling water, salt and pepper your dish, leave it to stew for another quarter hour. Separately, boil the noodles.
Put into a bowl layers of noodles and meat with vegetables, add a little broth. On top decorate with finely chopped parsley.
