Slice the onions and bacon into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add to the pan tomato paste and spices. Stew on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Rub the tenderloin with salt and a little fry on both sides. Pour a small amount of water in a deep pan and put together with the meat in the oven. Simmer until the tenderloin is tender. The finished meat out onto a plate and store in a warm place.
In a frying pan add mushrooms, pre-cut slices, and boil until tender. Then cut the meat into small pieces and send in a roasting pan. Once again boil. Mix mushrooms, fried and meat.
On a side dish to meat can be fed boiled or mashed potatoes, pasta or rice.
