In milk add the vanilla and set on fire. Bring to a boil.
Coffee beans (they should be browned) pour in the milk, cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Then remove from heat and leave to infuse for 15 minutes.
Prepare the caramel. 100 grams of sugar, mix with 1/2 cup of water, put on fire. When the sugar has dissolved, remove the syrup from the heat.
To add the hot sugar syrup chocolate (crumbled into pieces) mix. Chocolate is completely dissolved.

Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar.
In the yolks with sugar, pour milk, stir. Put on low heat for 10 minutes in order to thickened jelly. Stir constantly, until boiling is not an argument. Let cool to room temperature jelly.
