First clean the pumpkin - we need only the flesh. Rub it on a small grater. Wash the orange, dry on a paper towel and rub the zest on a fine grater.
Go through seedless raisins, wash, pour boiling water and leave for 10 minutes of steeping. Then drain the water from the raisins, let it dry a little bit.
Hold the butter at room temperature so that it becomes soft. Then mix it with sugar, egg, honey and salt. Thoroughly whisk this mixture.
Mix the flour with a pinch of baking soda, sift, add the flour mixture grated pumpkin, pour back the orange zest, add the raisins with egg-oil mixture. Stir evenly distribute all the ingredients, knead the dough for the cakes.
Prepare the molds for cakes - can lubricate them with oil or lay a special inserts. Put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees in advance. Pumpkin muffins with honey and orange bake for about 25 minutes, guided by your oven - check the readiness with a toothpick.
Ready-made cakes to pass on a serving dish, garnish with slices of pumpkin, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Can be served hot or just wait until the muffins cool.
