Carrot peel and cut lengthwise. Mushrooms cut into plates. Then take a bowl or a small saucepan, mix in it carrots, mushrooms, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, dill and rosemary.
Take salmon, rinse under cold water, peel off the skin and bones. Then, cut it into three equal parts. Pepper and salt to your taste.
Now take the asparagus. It must be hard to clean and remove the stem.
Prepare a parchment paper or foil. It was convenient, just put it on a baking sheet.
Vegetables divide in half. The first half of the vegetable mixture you need to spread out across the paper or foil. Then, lay the salmon on them, put the asparagus and put the remaining vegetables. Wrap foil or cover paper and send it in the oven for 20 minutes. Bake should be at 200 degrees.
Before serving, you can simply cut the foil or paper.
