If you have made a firm decision to go on a raw food diet, the first time you will have to carefully monitor their thoughts, forgetting about their favorite dishes. Try less often attend the traditional meal, restaurants, birthdays and so on. If you do not have to give up the event possible, bring something edible.
There are two ways of switching to a raw food diet: fast (instant rejection of the thermally processed food after the decision to start a new life) and smooth (gradual increase in the amount of raw food diet). Both methods can be effective if we act consciously and purposefully.
Pay close attention to your house always had enough variety of raw foods (fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts, and so forth.)
Try for one meal to eat only one type of product (not limiting themselves in numbers). Feel the taste, take your time, enjoy the process. Between meals pauses at least 30 minutes.
Eat less salt and mineral water. If you can not drink the melted water, buy a good filter.
