You will need

  • - Eggs - 2 pcs;

  • - Sweet red pepper - 1 pc .;
  • - Cabbage - 300 g
Sweet pepper, remove all the seeds, rinse with water and cut with a knife into thin strips. In a deep bowl shred the cabbage, salt and remember her hands.
In a medium-sized saucepan, place the egg. Fill with water and put on fire. Bring to the boil and wait for 10 minutes. Then cover with cold water, remove the eggs and clean off with their shells.
To add the boiled cabbage, finely chopped eggs, green peas, chopped red pepper and parsley.
