You will need
  • - 300 g (package) salmon fillet trout or smoked;
  • - 100 grams of bacon;
  • - 170-gram jar of canned sweet corn;
  • - 3 pcs. potatoes;
  • - 2 onions;
  • - 2 glasses of milk;
  • - 3 cups water;
  • - Salt, thyme, dried, ground paprika, black pepper to taste;
  • - Chopped herbs (dill, parsley).
Finely chop the bacon, fry it in a pan to rendering the fat.
Onion peel and cut into small cubes, add to the bacon and fry for 5 minutes. If bacon lean and fat heated with a little, you can add a bit of butter.
Pour water into the pan, mix well and bring to a boil. Add peeled and diced potatoes and cut into small pieces of fish. Simmer the soup for 15 minutes.
