Finely chop the bacon, fry it in a pan to rendering the fat.
Onion peel and cut into small cubes, add to the bacon and fry for 5 minutes. If bacon lean and fat heated with a little, you can add a bit of butter.
Pour water into the pan, mix well and bring to a boil. Add peeled and diced potatoes and cut into small pieces of fish. Simmer the soup for 15 minutes.
