Wash chicken livers, thoroughly clean the residue from the gall bladder, which is green, and films. Cut the slices of liver of approximately 1.5 to 1.5 centimeters.
Chop the onion into cubes. Melt the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion for five minutes over medium heat.
Add to the pan raw liver and carefully mix everything.
Prepare the dish until until all the liquid boils away, and the liver will not be rosy. This will occur after about 10-15 minutes.
Whisk the eggs, salt it, pepper, and once again all mix well.
Pour the mixture into the pan with the liver, and continue to fry for a few minutes.
When the dish is cooked, remove from the heat and warmth of a serve.
