Pour the mixture into a deep bowl and add the cherries and stir without flattening. Put the stuffing in the form of dried dough on top. Remove the remaining dough from the refrigerator and spread it on top. Put in the oven and bake for forty minutes.
Whisk the three proteins and little sugar, add lemon juice. Put a thin layer on top of the cake and hold for five minutes in the preheated oven.
